Just the other day we had the opportunity to come across the new tower in the Miami horizon which is the Porsche lover’s fantasy.
The novel Porsche Design 60 stories high-rise condo is situated in the hub of Sunny Isles Beach, the trendy “super rich and famous mile”, next to several Trumps’ towers that originated Miami’s super millionaire’s row.
The innovative feature of the Porsche Design Tower is that thanks to ultimate technology the glass car elevators condo owners can drive their German engineering masterpieces into their mansions in the clouds.
The edifice is an homage to the automobile brand that was developed by Wolfgang Porsche, the same engineer that conceived the iconic Volkswagen.
The architectural exterior of the sleek German sports car building was intended by the designers to depict a motor piston, rising from the shoreline, while inside the decor reflects to the smallest details the distinctive attributes and features of the vehicle’s interior.
The price tag of such motoring fantasy starts on top of the tower at a cool $32.5 million dollars for the four storey penthouse, but there are cheaper units selling for only 6 million on the lower floors.
The steep cost includes special services, such as “conciergering” to perform routine maintenance, tire rotation and, sure enough, washing and polishing of the owners vehicles.
There are more trivial amenities for each apartment ,such as balconies equipped with a private pools, restaurants, spas and, on top of it all, an high-tech racing simulator, in case Porsche drivers want to learn how to burn the Florida tarmac in great style
Although we were riding a Porsche when we visited the venue ,we did not to take the lift to the garages in the clouds ,but we could appreciate that the Porsche Design Tower is the embodiment of genius and flair for the aficionados of the car that bears the legendary “Stuttgart’s Black Stallion” crest.
