Simply delicious !
What you need:
2 cups of white bread flour,
1 cup of rye bread flour,
1 tea spoon dry yeast,
1 teaspoon salt.
1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water,
1 teaspoon honey or syrup.
How to prepare:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and cover with glad wrap and cover with a cloth only on top.
Leave for 14 to 16 hours.
The dough will be sticky take out on to the working counter, top sprinkle with flour and mould into the shape of bread.
Heat the pan previously for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 220 bottom shelf for 40 minutes with the lid on.
If too white take off the lid and leave for an extra 10 minutes.
Leave in the cooking pot for 15 minutes and then take out to cool.
