Paio de Chocolate

Ingredientes

100 gr de açucar

100 gr de chocolate ou 60 gr de cacao

100 gr de manteiga

100 gr de Bolacha Maria ralada (ou partida em bocados pequenos)

2 gemas

Bate-se a manteiga com o açucar e as gemas. Junta-se o chocolate e as bolachas.

Untar um papel vegetal (pode usar-se folha de aluminio) com vinho do porto, dar à massa o feito de um paio, enrolar e atar. Põe-se no congelador pelo menos 12 horas antes de servir.

Também se pode juntar à massa um cálice de vinho do Porto.

Chocolate Salami

What you need

100gr sugar

100gr chocolate or 60gr cocoa

100gr butter

100gr Marie biscuits (partly grated and some into small pieces)

2 yolks

Beat the butter with the sugar and yolks. Add the chocolate and the biscuits.

Grease vegetable paper (can use foil) with port wine and roll to form the shape of a Salami. (Can put a string around it to give the correct effect). Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours before serving.

Should you wish you can also add 1 goblet of port wine to the dough
