Mixed Vegetable Curry


¼ Kg mixed frozen vegetables

2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

1 onion sliced finely

1 tablespoon masala

¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Few sprigs garlic cleaned and cut in half

1 stem curry leaf

1 tomato cut in pieces

2 tablespoons cooking oil

How to prepare:

In a small cooking pot add cooking oil then add the onions and garlic, fry until lightly browned. Now add turmeric powder, masala, curry leaf, tomatoes, mixed vegetables, potatoes and salt to taste. Simmer on medium heat adding a little water at a time until potatoes are well cooked. Sprinkle with dhania. Serve with bread or excellent with savoury rice
